I’m not trying to put my faith on you but I’ve found that when I pray, I have a clearer direction on what God needs from me and how I need to navigate my goals to achieve them. Praying keeps me focused on what is important and what I need to clear out to make room for God and His plans!
Number 2: Thoroughly Write Out Your Weekly, Monthly, & Yearly Goals
You need to make known clearly what your goals are going to be and this will allow you to create clear plans (step by step) on how to accomplish them. The more detail you write out the higher the probability that you will accomplish this goal in record time.
Don’t just write your goals done and put them away. Put them everywhere (sticky notes) are my favorite!!! I have my goals on my mirror and in my notes section on my phone. I make sure to look at them every day and it keeps me pushing to accomplish them.
Number 3: Wake Up Early
I know this is something that not a lot of people enjoy but it really does help to accomplish your goals. You are able to have time in the morning to pray, spend time with God, plan out the day, workout, or whatever else you need to do before your busy day starts.
Waking up early is a great way to plan out what you need to accomplish so you can be focused on what is in your high and low priority. Make sure to check off goals and items once completed.
Number 4: Renew Your Mind
Don’t allow yourself to focus on negativity! Focus only on the positivity! Read your Word and cast down negative thinking! Every evening, write out what was good from your day; the more that you do this the easier it is to see the good more than the bad.
Number 5: Step Out on Faith
Get out of your comfort zone!!! Every day set a new goal to accomplish a step from your goals. This could be making a phone call, speaking to new people, whatever it is, just do it! Stepping out on faith is a wonderful thing and when you look back, you will be glad that you did.
Number 6: Talk about Your Goals with Someone You Trust
Having support is always a blessing and if you have someone in your life that can hold you accountable for achieving your goals I highly recommend that.
Number 7: Ask for Advice
If you know someone who has previously achieved a goal you are working towards. They will have valuable insight which is a good opportunity to learn from them, which in turn, will help you out.
Number 8: Have Fun
Achieving your goals shouldn’t be a chore so enjoy the journey you are in! Don’t allow the pressures of your goals to stop you from enjoying life! Go out, workout, spend time with family and friends, do whatever makes you relaxed and happy!
